HMGA2蛋白在肝胆管细胞癌及肝细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HMGA2蛋白在肝胆管细胞癌及肝细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法,检测30例肝胆管细胞癌及30例肝细胞癌组织中HMGA2蛋白表达,并分别与20例正常胆管组织及20例正常肝组织进行比较。结果肝胆管细胞癌组织及正常胆管组织中HMGA2蛋白阳性表达率分别为73.3%(22/30)及15.0%(3/20)。HMGA2表达水平肝胆管细胞癌组织显著高于正常胆管组织(P<0.01);肝细胞癌组织及正常肝组织中HMGA2蛋白阳性表达率分别为43.3%(13/30)及10.0%(2/20)。肝细胞癌中HMGA2表达水平高于正常肝组织(P<0.05);HMGA2蛋白表达水平肝胆管细胞癌组织高于肝细胞癌组织,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 HM-GA2在肝胆管细胞癌及肝细胞癌组织中均呈高表达,提示HMGA2可能作为肝胆管细胞癌及肝细胞癌的潜在诊断标志物;同时HMGA2可能在肝胆管细胞癌与肝细胞癌鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。Objective To explore HMGA2 protein expression in Intrahepatic Chalangiocarcinoma（ICC） and Hepatocellular Carcinoma（HCC） and its significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry EnVision method was used to detect the HMGA2 protein expression in 30 cases of ICC and 30 cases of HCC and comparing with 20 cases of normal bile duct tissue and 20 cases of normal liver tissue,respectively.Results HMGA2 protein in the ICC and normal bile duct tissue positive expression rates were 73.3%（22/30） and 15.0%（3/20）.HMGA2 expression in ICC was significantly higher than the normal bile duct tissue（P0.01）;positive expression rate of HMGA2 protein in HCC and normal liver tissue was 43.3%（13/30） and 10.0%（2/20）.HMGA2 expression in HCC was significantly higher than in normal liver tissue（P0.05）;expression of HMGA2 protein expression in ICC was higher than that in HCC,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion HMGA2 protein have high expression in both ICC and HCC,suggesting that HMGA2 may become a potential diagnostic marker of ICC and HCC;moreover,HMGA2 may have great value in differential diagnosis between ICC and HCC.
