摘　　要：目的探讨Pim-1在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组织化学方法检测70例肺癌组织标本和20例正常肺组织标本中的Pim-1蛋白激酶的表达情况,对肺癌组与正常对照组间的Pim-1表达情况完成差别性检验,探讨与肺癌患者Pim-1表达相关的临床因素。结果 Pim-1在肺癌标本中的阳性率为61.43%(43/70),在正常肺组织中的阳性率是30.00%(6/20),Pim-1在肺癌组织中的表达高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。Pim-1蛋白水平表达与肺癌的TNM分期、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移有关。结论 Pim-1表达可能与肿瘤病程进展有关,有可能作为肺癌靶向治疗的新靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of Pim-1 kinase in tissue of human lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods 70 cases of pathological primary lung cancer specimens and 20 cases of normal lung were observed by using immunohistochemical technique.Pim-1 expression in the lung cancer group and normal control group were analyzed by difference tests.The clinical factors associated with Pim-1 expression in lung cancer patients were explored.Results The positive expression of Pim-1 in lung cancer and normal lung was 61.43% and 30.00%,respectively.A significant difference was identified（P0.05）.Pim-1 expression,TNM staging,tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis were positively correlated.Conclusion Pim-1 may be associated with the degree of malignancy and can be a new target point for lung cancer targeted therapy.
