摘　　要：目的探讨VM和MMP-2在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用CD31免疫组织化学和PAS组织化学双重染色法和免疫组织化学SP法,分别检测98例前列腺癌组织中VM和MP-2蛋白表达情况;并分析VM和MMP-2两者间的相关性。结果 98例前列腺癌组织中VM阳性率为23.5%(23/98),MMP-2表达阳性率为73.5%(72/98)。VM和MMP-2表达与前列腺癌的恶性程度均有相关性,且均呈正相关(P<0.001,γ=0.487;P=0.004,γ=0.281)。结论 VM存在于恶性程度高的前列腺癌组织中,MMP-2的表达可以促进VM的形成。MMP-2的表达和VM的形成提示患者预后差。Objective To analysis the expression and clinical significance of VM and MMP-2 in prostate carcinoma.Methods CD31 immunohistochemistry and PAS histochemical double staining and SP immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of VM and MMP-2 in prostate cancer tissues and their correaltions.Results The positive rate of VM and MMP-2 were 23.5%（23/98） and 73.5%（72/98）,respectively.The expression of VM and MMP-2 were positively correlated with the malignant degree of prostate cancer（P 0.001 and γ= 0.001;P= 0.004 and γ= 0.281,respectively）.Conclusion VM exists in high degree of malignant prostate cancer,the expression of MMP-2 can promote the formation of VM.The expression of MMP-2 and the formation of VM show poor prognosis in prostate cancer patients.
