E-cadherin及Vimentin在肾上腺皮质癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨上皮间质转化(EMT)相关蛋白E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)和波形蛋白(vimentin)在肾上腺皮质癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测31例肾上腺皮质腺瘤、28例肾上腺皮质癌及20例正常肾上腺组织中E-cadherin和vimentin的表达情况。结果肾上腺皮质癌中E-cadherin的表达率(42.9%)低于正常肾上腺组织(95.0%)和肾上腺皮质腺瘤(90.0%),肾上腺皮质癌中vimentin的表达率(85.7%)高于正常肾上腺组织(45.0%)和肾上腺皮质腺瘤(51.6%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肾上腺皮质癌发生浸润转移的组织E-cadherin表达较未发生浸润转移的组织低(P<0.05),而vimentin的表达则高于未发生浸润转移组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肾上腺皮质癌E-cadherin与vimentin的表达呈负相关(γ=-0.812,P<0.01)。结论 E-cadherin及vimentin参与肾上腺皮质癌的发生及浸润转移,表明肾上腺皮质癌的发生发展中有EMT发生,检测E-cadherin及vimentin在肾上腺皮质癌中的表达情况可为诊治提供参考依据。Objective To explore the expression and significance of epithelial mesenchymal transitions（EMT） related protein E-cadherin and vimentin in adrenocortical carcinoma.Methods The expression of E-cadherin and vimentin were examined by immunohistochemistry in 31 cases of adrenocortical adenoma,28 adrenocortical carcinoma and 10 normal adrenal cortex.Results The expression of E-cadherin was lower in adrenocortical carcinoma（42.9%） than that of adrenocortical adenoma（90.0%）and normal adrenal cortex（95.0%）.The expression of vimentin was higher in adrenocortical carcinoma（85.7%） compared to normal adrenal cortex（45.0%） and adrenocortical adenoma（51.6%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）;The expression of E-cadherin in adrenocortical carcinoma with invasion and metastasis was lower than that in tissue without invasion and metastasis（P0.05）,while the expression of vimentin was higher than in tissue without invasion and metastasis,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）;The expression of E-cadherin and vimentin showed negative correlation in adrenocortical carcinoma（γ=-0.862,P0.01）.Conclusion E-cadherin and vimentin participate in the occurrence of adrenocortical carcinoma and infiltration transfer.It shows that EMT play a role in the development of adrenocortical carcinoma and examing the expression of E-cadherin and vimentin in adrenocortical carcinoma can provide basis for clinic diagnosis and treatment.
