摘　　要：社会保障性住房是我国城镇住宅建设中一种特殊住宅类型,是由政府统一规划建设、提供给特定人群使用的、具有社会保障性质的住房。在分析我国房地产市场发展现状的基础上,通过对部分国家住房保障制度的经验介绍,基于公平正义视角,提出了进一步完善我国住房保障制度的政策建议。Security housing is a special housing type in China＇s urban housing construction, which are centralizedly planned and constructed by the government for specific populations, and are of social security shelter nature. On the basis of analyzing China＇s real estate market, this paper introduces some housing security system experiences of other countries, and proposes policy recommendations to further improve China＇s housing security system from fairness and justice perspective.
