摘　　要：在讨论了电子政务个性化服务的内容、方式与流程后,将Web日志挖掘技术与电子政务个性化服务进行了结合,深入分析了Web日志挖掘技术在电子政务个性化服务领域的具体应用,最后,对基于Web日志挖掘的电子政务个性化服务系统的体系结构进行了探讨。After discussing the content, form and process of the e-government individuation service, this paper combines the Web log mining technology with personalized service of e-government, and intensively analyses the specific application of Web log mining technol- ogy in the field of e-government＇s personalized service, finally discusses the structure of the e-government individuation service system based on Web log mining.
