摘  要:为解决某车型的发动机罩不能满足2013年出台Euro-NACP行人保护法规要求的问题,文章从发动机罩不满足HIC值的试验点位置进行结构断面分析,并结合CAE分析,采取弱化发动机罩内板加强板、弱化锁扣加强板及增加发动机罩外板加强板的方法,得到了能满足2013年出台Euro-NACP行人保护法规要求和发动机罩自身强度和刚度要求的发动机罩。结果表明:发动机罩设计的前提条件是必须满足自身强度和刚度,必要条件是最大可能地吸收能量,以满足行人保护法规要求。In this paper, it analyzes and resolves the problem that an engine hood could not meet the requirement of the EuroNCAP pedestrian protection regulation, which was published in 2013. The structure broken face is analyzed from the test points which the engine hood could not reach HIC, combined with CAE, weakening reinforced panel of engine hood, lock-hook type reinforced panel and enhancing outer reinforced panel of engine hood could meet Euro-NCAP pedestrian protection regulations,requirements of itself strength and stiffness of engine hood which was issued in 2013. The results showed that the premised condition of reasonable engine hood must meet itself strength and stiffness, and the necessary condition is to try best to absorb energy and meet the requirement of pedestrian protection.
