摘　　要：从知识溢出对企业集群形成与演进的作用、企业集群中知识溢出的机制、企业集群与知识溢出的相互影响三个方面,对将企业集群与知识溢出相结合的研究文献进行总结和评述,并从打造构建型企业集群价值网络的角度分析了研究趋势。This paper reviews and summarizes the research literature from three aspects, namely the effect of knowledge spillover on the emer genee ＆ evolution of enterprise cluster,the mechanism of knowledge spillover in enterprise cluster and the interaction between knowledge spillovet and enterprise cluster. And it indicates the research tendency from the perspective of creating value network in build-type enterprise cluster.
