摘 要:为研究柴油机鼻梁区的重要结构参数宽度和厚度对鼻梁区热机耦合疲劳寿命的影响,将约束比作为疲劳寿命评价指标;分别改变宽度和厚度这2个参数的值,用Abaqus进行热机耦合仿真分析.对比结果发现,在研究范围内鼻梁区越宽、越薄,约束比就越低,寿命越高;鼻梁区厚9 mm时的约束比比11 mm时低4.1%,宽16 mm时比12 mm时低2.3%.To study the effect of the important structure parameters such as width and thickness on thermo-mechanical coupling fatigue life of bridge zone of diesel engine cylinder head, the constraint ratio is taken as the fatigue life evaluation indicator, and the thermo-mechanieal coupling is simulated and analyzed using Abaqus by changing the value of width and thickness. The comparison results indicates that, when the bridge zone is wider or thinner in the study area, the constraint ratio is lower, and the bridge zone life is longer; the constraint ratio is reduced 4.1% when the thickness is reduced from 11 mm to 9 mm, and 2.3% when the width is increased from 12 mm to 16 mm.
