摘　　要：推进海洋战略性新兴产业国际合作是规避产业发展的科技风险、市场风险,以及增强我国海洋资源占有和开发能力的需要。现阶段,我国海洋战略性新兴产业国际合作的重点主要集中在海洋生物育种与生态养殖、海洋生物医药、海洋工程装备制造、海洋新能源、海水综合利用、深水油气等六个产业门类。海洋战略性新兴产业国际合作的模式主要有国际科技创新联盟、国际产业战略联盟、国际海洋产业园区和资源共同开发四种。Promoting international cooperation in the strategic emerging marine industries can avoid scientific and technological risk, and market risk in industrial development, and enhance China＇s marine re- sources possession and development ability. The important industries of international cooperation in the strategic emerging marine industries are marine biotechnology breeding and ecological mariculture, marine bio pharmaceutical, ocean engineering equipment manufacturing, marine renewable energy, seawater de- salination and multipurpose use, deepwater oil and gas development. The cooperation modes of interna- tional cooperation in the strategic emerging marine industries are as follows： international science and tech- nology innovation alliance, international industrial strategic alliance, international marine industrial parks, and joint development of marine resources.
