摘　　要：从协同学视角阐述了制度管理与文化激励的关系,分析了二者协同耦合的机理及二者协同的相应表征,并就高校图书馆制度管理与文化激励协同的完善途径提出相应对策。This paper expounds the relationship between institutional management and culture motivation from the perspective of synergy theory, analyzes the synergy mechanism and its characterizations, and tries to put forward countermea- sures to improve the way of synergy between them in university library
