高校体育场馆经营管理现状及对策

摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对国内高校体育场馆的经营管理进行分析。认为当前我国高校体育场馆主要存在经营管理人员无法满足场馆市场化开发需要、场馆规划建设与市场开放脱节、场馆公益性与经营性存在矛盾等问题。并从场馆的合理规划和科学管理、政策资金保障与运营模式创新、团队营销、拓宽综合服务渠道、提高人员素质、与国际接轨等方面提出了高校体育场馆经营的思路。Using the methods of literature review, field interview and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the problems in the run- ning process of domestic university stadiums. It finds some problems existing, such as management personnel can~ t meet the needs of the venues marketization development, the disjunction between venue construction and open markets, and the contradic- tion between venues public welfare and profit-making, etc. It puts forward some suggestions and ideas to crack the college sta- diums management problems, in terms of the rational planning and scientific management of the venues, funding and operation mode innovation, team marketing, widening the channel of the integrated services, improving staff quality, meeting with inter- national standards and so on.
