摘 要:职业技术院校"业群式岗位体育"校本课程的开发,是根据劳动者工作时的身体活动特征和运动负荷规律,把众多的职业归为体能主导类、心智主导类和灵巧主导类三大业群,每类又分为岗位应用性、岗位补偿性和岗位拓展性三个模块。从业群角度探究职业技术院校体育课程的开发理念和价值,克服当前职业技术院校校本体育课程开发与专业结合的瓶颈。从环境策略、目标策略、实施策略和评价策略四个方面,搭建理论与实践的桥梁。The vocational and technical colleges' school-based curriculum development of "vocation-group position physical education" classifies a large number of vocations into three big groups: physique dominated group, mind dominated group and dex- terity dominated group according to laborers' physical activity characteristics and their exercise load regularity while they are at work. The content of each group is divided into three modules: position application, position compensation and position expan- sion. This research is aimed at exploring curriculum development concept and value, and overcoming the bottleneck of combining the current physical education curriculum development and professional education. The curriculum development is to be discussed from four aspects: environmental strategy, goal strategy, implementation strategies and evaluation strategy so as to build a bridge between theory and practice.
