摘　　要：国家明确提出要"促进信息化与工业化融合,走新型工业化道路",企业信息化和工业化融合已经成为地方经济与产业发展的重要支柱,成为推动地区经济转型升级的强大动力,也成为企业应对经济全球化、提高国际竞争力、加快发展方式转变的战略选择。从企业实施信息化的现状、内容和意义上全面阐述了信息化对企业管理的作用。Our government has explicitly proposed to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization and to take a new road to industrialization. The integration of inforrnatization and industrialization has become an important pillar of the local economy and the development of industry. It has also become a powerful driving force to promote regional economic transformation and upgrading. It is an important choice to deal with economic globalization, to improve international competitiveness and to speed up the transformation of development mode. This paper discusses the role of informatization in enterprise management from the current situation of enterprises＇ informatization and its connotation and significance.
