摘　　要：团队合作实践模式在工业设计学习过程中是必要的。该模式要实现的目标是在创造性思维方面有所突破并实现跨学科合作及与市场相接轨。具体围绕人才培养,建立学校、用人单位及市场相互配合的三位一体的合作机制。实施一套有针对性的评价及执行体系,形成有效完整的团队合作运行模式。Team work of practice in industrial design study is necessary.This cooperation is to achieve the objectives to develop creative thinking and realize interdisciplinary cooperation and integrate with the market.Around the talent cultivation,it is essential to establish a trinity cooperation mechanism of schools,employing unit and the market so that to implement an aiming evaluation and execution system and form an effective complete modality of team cooperation.
