摘　　要：职业学校教育和职业培训作为职业教育的重要组成部分,日益受到关注。而开展面向农村的职业培训,对解决当前"新农村"和"城镇化"建设中的热点问题的有重要作用。我国职业教育的主要对象在农村,因此,对农村职业培训存在问题的原因进行分析,进而提出合理化建议,不仅能促进我国现代职业教育体系的完善,也能使职业教育更好地为"三农"服务,为经济发展服务。Vocational schools and vocational training as the two important parts, are attracted more attention. It＇s so important to carry out vocational training for rural to deal with the hot issues of current construction about ＂new countryside＂and ＂urbanization＂. Because of the main object in the countryside, analyzing the rural vocational training problems and causes, and putting forward some reasonable advice, not only can promote our country modern vocational education system, but also improve vocational education, better work for ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂, and better service to economic development.
