实习护生法律知识的认知情况及培养对策分析

摘　　要：本文提出应从改革护理专业学生教学课程体系与教学内容、加强实习护生的业务知识学习和操作技能培训、加强医德医风教育、做好法律知识岗前培训、规范临床带教行为、在带教中讲解法律知识等几个方面,来提高护理专业学生在护理工作中运用法律知识的能力,有效防范医疗风险,减少医疗纠纷。In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve nursing students＂ ability to apply legal knowledge in nursing work, prevent medical risks effectively, and reduce medical disputes from the following perspectives： the reform of teaching course system and teaching content for nursing students; the strengthening of nursing probationers＂ professional knowledge study and operation skills training; the strengthening of medical ethics education; pre-service training of law knowledge; regulating clinical teaching and explaining law knowledge in clinical teaching, etc..
