摘  要:通过单孢分离,从自然感染球孢白僵菌的亚洲玉米螟僵虫上获得生长快、产孢量高的5株球孢白僵菌菌株。测定其分生孢子悬浮液对玉米螟2龄幼虫的毒力,筛选出毒力强的Bb05菌株,其校正致死率达98.7%。将该菌株通过固体发酵生产颗粒剂在玉米喇叭口期使用,对2、3代玉米螟为害的控制效果分别为56.3%和43.7%,幼虫防效分别为69.3%、54.1%,均显著高于空白对照。该白僵菌颗粒剂对2代玉米螟的防效虽显著低于1.5%辛硫磷GR,但对3代玉米螟的防效却显著高于1.5%辛硫磷GR,并显著降低3代玉米螟的越冬虫口,提高玉米的产量和质量,表现出显著的持续控制效果。By single spore isolation, 5 fast growing and highly sporulating isolates of Beauveria bassiana were obtained from field collected cadavers of the Asian corn borer, Ostriniafurnacalis. Through a bioassay conducted with their conidial suspensions against the 2nd instars, Bb05, the most virulent isolate was selected with corrected mortality of the larvae up to 98.7%. A granule preparation, produced after solid fermentation, was used to treat corn plant in bell-mouth stage, re- sulting in mortality of 56.3% and 43.7%, respectively against the larvae of the 2nd and 3rd generation borers, both signifi- cantly higher than that of the control. The efficacy was significantly lower than that by phoxim, a chemical insecticide, a- gainst 2nd generation borers, but significantly higher than that against 3rd generation borers. In addition, overwintefing population of 3rd generation borer was reduced significantly and production and quality of corn was raised, which showed obvious sustainable control efficiency.
