海峡两岸高等学校共筑创新人才培养模式

摘　　要：创新人才的培养直接关系到中华民族振兴,两岸高校应积极发挥各自的特色和优势、彼此借鉴,协同发展。本文从协同改革专业设置与课程体系、协同建设创新型教师队伍、协同加强实践性教学环节等方面研究共建两岸高校创新人才培养模式。文章最后介绍了广东石油化工学院近年来以协同创新为引领培养创新型人才的实践探索。Since the cultivation of innovative talents is directly related to the revitalization of the Chinese nation, colleges from two sides should actively play their respective characteristics and advantages, learn from each other and develop collaborative- ly. This paper discussed building the cross--strait innovative talents training mode from the aspects such as collaboratively re- form the major design and curriculum system, construct the innovative teacher team, and strengthen the practical teaching. Finally, the essay introduced the practice and explored that led by collaborative innovation to cultivate the innovative talents made by Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology in recent years.
