高职院校女大学生就业现状调查研究——以兰州资源环境职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计等方法,对兰州资源环境职业技术学院女大学生就业现状进行分析,从而找出影响高职院校女大学生就业的原因,进一步积极探寻解决女大学生就业的途径,本研究对高职院校女大学生就业具有一定的理论意义和现实指导意义。In this paper, by using the method of questionnaire, literature method, survey method, mathematical statistics method, carries on the analysis to the present employment situation of female college students of Lanzhou Resources and Environment Voc-Tech College, so as to find out the factors influencing female college students in higher vocational college employment, further explere the way to solve the employment of female cortege students, this study has a certain theoretical significance and practical guiding significance for female college students employment.
