摘　　要：抑郁是癫痫最常见的共患精神障碍,能加重癫痫发作。由于癫痫患者发生抑郁的机制尚不明确,使得癫痫患者抑郁障碍的诊断和治疗的有效性受到限制,显著影响癫痫患者的生存质量。而神经功能影像技术从脑功能异常的角度为研究癫痫并发抑郁障碍的机制提供了独一无二的途径。该文就近年癫痫并发抑郁障碍在脑结构、功能以及功能连接方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为癫痫的行为学改变的机制和临床研究拓展思路。Depression is the most frequent psychiatric comorbidity in patients with epilepsy,and it can aggravate the seizures.Efficacy of diagnosis and therapies for depressive disorder in patients with epilepsy are limited because mechanisms of them are indefinite,which greatly affects the quality of life in patients with epilepsy.The technologies of functional neuroimaging provide a unique approach for study of mechanism of depressive disorder in epilepsy from in the perspective of abnormal brain function.Here is to make a review of the recent studies of depressive disorder comorbidities in epilepsy from the aspects of structures and functions and functional connections of brain,in order to expand the way of thinking in clinical researches and in exploring mechanism of ethologic behavioral changes in epilepsy.
