冷光美白技术对牙釉质影响的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究冷光美白技术对人牙表层釉质的影响。方法选择正畸拔除的前磨牙5颗，颊面近中部分进行冷光美白，颊面远中部分作为空白对照，使用激光拉曼光谱仪和扫描电镜，分析两组釉质样本的结构改变。结果经冷光美白技术处理后，釉质样本拉曼峰形无明显改变，扫描电镜观察实验组表面形态不规则，出现蜂窝状凹坑；对照组牙釉质表面光滑平整，具有正常牙釉质表面形态结果。结论冷光美白技术对牙釉质无机物成分无影响，但可能导致釉质发生类似于脱矿的改变。Objective To evaluate the effects of cold light tooth whitening on enamel. Methods 5 extracted premolars were divided into 2 groups：the mesial parts were bleached by cold light tooth whitening, and the distal parts served as blank control. Structural modification of enamel was analyzed by Laser Raman spectrometer and scanning e- lectron microscope. Results There was no significant difference on Raman spectra between the two groups. Irregular surfaces and honeycomb pits can be seen in bleaching group. Conclusion Cold light tooth whitening have no effect on inorganic constituents of enamel. However,it can lead to demineralization of enamel.
