摘　　要：全世界每年3000万人死于高血脂引起的相关疾病,随着生活水平的提高,我国冠心病的发病率、死亡率也明显上升,高血压患者10年内增加了25%,目前已达2亿人左右。现代医学的研究表明,心血管病的发生与血脂的异常有关,降血脂对降低冠心病的发病率及死亡率关系十分的密切。为提高对心脑血管疾病的预防、治疗能力和科研学术水平,从事降脂药物的研究是近几年人们比较关注的问题。并且临床医学证明,降脂药物能延缓或减轻动脉粥样硬化病变的发展,并促进其消退。with the improvement of living standards,every year 30 million people die of the disease caused by high blood fat related,our country the incidence of coronary heart disease and mortality rates also increased obviously,In the decade,increased 25%,now hypertension patients has about 200 million.Modern medical research shows that the occurrence of cardiovascular disease is related to the abnormity of blood lipid,fall hematic fat to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease and mortality is very close relationship.In order to improve the cardioascular disease prevention,treatment ability and the academic level of scientific research,engaged in the research of cholesterol drugs in recent years is that people are concern.And clinical medical turn out that,cholesterol drugs can slack or mitigate atherosclerotic lesions of development,and promote their resolve.
