鼻咽癌组织p53、bcl2蛋白异常表达与血清EB病毒抗体IgAVCA滴度升高相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究鼻咽癌活检组织中p5 3、bcl 2蛋白表达与患者血清EB病毒抗体IgA VCA滴度水平的关系。方法 :用流式细胞术检测取自 45例鼻咽癌组织中p5 3、bcl 2表达情况 ;同时用免疫酶标法检测患者血清IgA/VCA滴度。结果 :45例鼻咽癌p5 3和bc12阳性率分别为 6 2 .2 %和 88.1%。p5 3蛋白定量表达参数MFI( 1.5 3± 0 .6 7) ,bcl 2蛋白定量表达参数MFI( 11.6 2± 12 .6 6 )。p5 3蛋白表达与血清IgA/VCA滴度呈正相关关系。Bcl 2与IgA/VCA滴度之间并无相关关系。结论 :鼻咽癌组织中p5 3蛋白可能丧失其正常功能 。Purpose:To investigate the relationship between p53 and bcl 2 protein expression of NPC tissues and patients serum IgA/VCA titre. Methods:Using flow cytometry to detect the p53 and bcl 2 accumulation and immunocnzymatic method to assay the serum IgA/VCA titre in 45 NPCs.Results:The positive rate of p53 and bcl 2 were 62.2% and 88.1%. and the mean fluorescence index (MFI) for the p53 and bcl 2 levels were (1.53±0.67) and (11.62±12.66) respectively. The p53 expression was positively correlated with patients serum IgA/VCA titre . Conclusions:The correlation between p53 expression and serum IgA/VCA titre in NPC patients indicates that accumulated p53 in NPC cells has lost its normal function ,and the phenomenon of p53 accumulation may be correlated to the replication of EB virus in NPC cell.
