摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法测量、比较和分析了17种植物乙醇提物2 mg/ml对香蕉炭疽病菌抑制活性,结果显示:毛轴蕨和山苍子对香蕉炭疽病菌抑制活性明显高于其他15种供试植物,抑制率均达到100%;与此同时,加拿大一枝黄对香蕉炭疽病也表现出较好的抑制率活性达到72.58%。毛轴蕨乙醇提取物对香蕉炭疽病菌孢子萌发有很强的抑制作用,抑制中浓度IC50为0.34 mg/ml。毛轴蕨乙醇提取物对香蕉炭疽病菌较强的抑制活性,具有开发植物源杀菌剂的潜力。Inhibition activities of ethanol extract from 17 plant species belonging to 12 families against Calletotri- chum musae were investigated. The results showed that the inhibition activities of Pteridium revolutum and Litsea cubeba were significantly higher than the other 15 species. The inhibition rate of Pteridium revolutum and Litsea cubebaagainst CaUetotrichum musae were both 100% when the extract concentration was 2mg,/ml. At the same con- centration, Solidago canadensis showed 72.58% inhibition activities. IC50 (median inhibition concentration) of Pteridium revolutum against sporule germination of Calletotrichum musae was 0.34mg/ml. It is indicated that etha- nol extracts of Pteridium revolutum had strong inhibition activities against Calletotrichum musae which had great po- tential for the development of botanical fungicides.
