摘　　要：开发设计了远程网络视觉监控系统,实现了系统模块间的网络传输,对中心服务器和客户端采用RTP/RTCP完成视频传输,最后在开发的监控软件中进行验证及应用,实验表明系统能实现多监控点的远程实时智能监控.tern modul The survei applied to An long-distance network visual surveillance system is developed.
