河南省新型农民培训存在的问题及建议

摘　　要：农民是社会主义新农村建设的主体,高素质的当代新型农民是新农村建设的根本支撑。在阐述新型农民培训的必要性及其在农业发展中的作用的同时,分析了河南省新型农民培训面临的深层次问题及其主要原因,并提出了增强组织领导力度、加大培训资金投入、整合培训资源、创新培训方法、加强教师队伍建设、加快发展农村教育事业和制定教育培训政策等推进河南省新型农民培训工作的建议。Farmers are the main part of new socialist countryside construction,and high-quality contemporary new farmers are fundamental support for new countryside construction.This paper expounded the necessity and role of new farmers training in agricultural development in Henan province,analyzed the deep-seated problems and main reasons in new farmers training,and put forward some suggestions to promote the training of new farmers,such as strengthening the leadership,increasing the financing devotion for training,integrating training resources,innovating on training methods,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,speeding up the development of rural education,establishing education and training policy and so on.
