摘　　要：目的　探讨应用银染核仁组成区 (AgNORs)计数定量作为非何杰金淋巴瘤 (NHL)鉴别诊断、病理分型、分级及预后指标的可能性。方法　用AgNORs计数定量方法分析6 8例NHL肿瘤组织的变化。结果　AgNORs计数低度NHL与中、高度NHL间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;但良性淋巴组织病变组与低度恶性NHL组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,AgNORs均数值≤ 2 0 8组与 >2 0 8组 2组间生存曲线差异无显著性。结论　AgNORs计数有助于NHL的恶性度分级 ,无助于良恶性间鉴别诊断。以AgNORs计数均数2 0 8为界值分组 ,≤ 2 0 8组与 >2 0 8组二组预后无明显相关性。Objective To study a silver staining technique, in which nucleolar organizer region associatedproteins was used as an objective index for non Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) differential diagnosis, pathological type, malignant grade and prognosis. Methods AgNORs were studied in cytological smears of 68 NHL and 28 benign lymph lesions. Results AgNORs were enumerated and observed. A significant difference was found between the numbers of low grade NHL and intermediate grade, high grade NHL, but not between benign lesions and low grade NHL. The results also showed that there was no significant difference in survival between the patients having AgNORs value below 208 and over 208. Conclusion AgNORs can be used as an index of malignant grade in NHL. But it can not serve as an index of prognosis. AgNORs counts can not distinguish benign lesions from low grade NHL.
