米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法 :74例确诊子宫肌瘤的患者 ,口服米非司酮 12 5mg/d ,3个月。治疗前后B超监测子宫及肌瘤体积、血常规、血雌孕激素水平。结果 :患者在治疗期间均出现闭经 ,症状消失。子宫及肌瘤体积平均缩小 36 2 7%及 5 6 2 0 % ,血红蛋白恢复正常 ,孕激素下降明显 (P <0 0 1) ,雌激素无明显变化。结论 :米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤有一定效果 ,副作用小 ,是一种可行的保守治疗方法。Objective:To study the curative efficacy of Mifepristone in treating hysteromyoma.Methods:Seventy-four cases of hysteromyoma were taken Mifepristone 12.5mg/day for three months.Before and after treatment,the patient′s volumes of uterus and myoma were checked by B-ultrasound and the levels of Hb,estrogen and progestin were estimated chemically.Results:All cases showed amenorrhea and clinical symptoms disappeared in therapy duration,the volumes of uterus and myoma were reduced by 40.8% and 49% respectively.Hb level was recovered to normal after treatment,progestin level was reduced significantly (P<0.001) and the estrogen level was not changed.Conclusion:Mifepristone displays a definite curative efficacy in treating hysteromyoma and shows negligible side effect,and therefore seems to be a feasible medical treatment drug for hysteromyoma.
