摘 要:针对钢桁梁桥摩擦型高强螺栓接头出现的螺栓缺失问题,采用ANSYS软件对其进行了有限元分析,通过试验结果与数值计算结果的对比对有限元模型进行了校正,针对不同的螺栓缺失工况,对螺栓缺失对各排螺栓传力比、拼接板应力和芯板应力的影响进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓缺失对高强螺栓接头传力比和拼接板应力造成的影响分别局限在2倍和1倍螺栓间距范围之内,但会造成剩余螺栓传力比增加,当第1排螺栓全部缺失后,第2排螺栓的传力比可增大3.5倍以上;在螺栓缺失处,拼接板应力明显减小,最多可减小50%,但未缺失处应力没有明显改变;随着螺栓缺失数量增加,传力性能下降,芯板应力沿轴向和横向均有所增加,但变化不大,在4%以内。In order to solve the bolts missing problem of the frictional high strength bolted connec- tions (FHSBC) in steel truss bridges, a finite element model of FHSBC with missing bolts was built by software ANSYS, and the accuracy of the finite element analysis (FEA) was verified by the test results. The influence of different bolt missing conditions on the load transmission performance, in- cluding the load transfer factors of each bolt rows and stress state of the splice plates and core plates of FHSBC was analyzed. The results show that the influence of bolt missing in FHSBC on the load transmission ratio and splice plate stress is only limited in two and one bolt space respectively, but the bolt missing will result in the increase of the load transfer factors of the rest bolts in this row; if the bolts in the first row are all missing, the load transfer factors of the bolts in the second row will increase by 3.5 times; the stress of splice plate is significantly reduced by 50% where the bolts are missing, but it does not change apparently at other positions ; with the increase of the number of the missing bolt, the load transmission performance declined, and the stress along the axial and trans- verse direction of core plates increases, but only within the limit of 4%.
