摘　　要：党的十八大提出,要推动高等教育内涵式发展。发挥高校党组织在内涵发展中的引领作用,必须坚定学校内涵式发展的方向,把人才强校落到实处,切实加强教风学风建设,着力提高学校领导班子和基层党建水平。The party＇s eighteen largest, to promote higher education connotation development. Play a leading role of Party organizations in Colleges and universities in the connotation of development, must strengthen school connotative development direction, to implement talent strong school, strengthen the style construction of teaching and study, to improve the level of school leadership and grass-roots party construction.
