摘  要:目的探讨TGF-β1、Ki67、uPA在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法(SP法)检测10例正常脑组织、48例人脑胶质瘤组织TGF-β1、Ki67、uPA的表达水平,分析3者的相关性。结果 TGF-β1表达在正常脑组织、I~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其表达与病理级别呈正相关(rs=0.804,P<0.01);Ki67表达在正常脑组织、I~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其表达与病理级别呈正相关(rs=0.816,P<0.01);uPA表达在正常脑组织、I~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其表达与病理级别呈正相关(rs=0.828,P<0.01);Pearson相关分析显示TGF-β1、Ki67在胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关(r=0.814,P<0.01);TGF-β1、uPA在胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关(r=0.740,P<0.01);Ki67、uPA在胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关(r=0.867,P<0.01)。结论 TGF-β1、Ki67、uPA表达上调与胶质瘤的发生、转化、增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关,3者在胶质瘤发生、发展中可能起着协同和互相调节的作用。Objective To investigate the expressions of TGF-β1,Ki67and uPA in human glioma and their clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry(SP method)was used to detect the TGF-β1,Ki67and uPA expression levels in 48human glioma tissues and 10normal brain tissues.The correlation of the expressions of the three proteins was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the expressions of TGF-β1,Ki67and uPA among normal brain tissues andⅠ—Ⅳ grade gliomas(P0.01).The expressions of TGF-β1,Ki67and uPA were positively correlated with the pathological grade(rs= 0.804,rs=0.816,rs=0.828,respectively;P〈0.01for all).Pearson correlation analysis showed that each two expressions among TGF-β1,Ki67and uPA were positively correlated in gliomas(r=0.814in TGF-β1vs.Ki67,r=0.740in TGF-β1vs.uPA,r=0.867in Ki67 vs.uPA,P〈0.01for all).Conclusion The upregulated expressions of TGF-β1,Ki67and uPA are closely associated with the occurrence,transformation,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of glioma,and these proteins may synergically play roles in the genesis and development of glioma.
