REG1A在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的探讨REG1A基因表达与鼻咽癌临床病理及预后的关系。方法免疫组化法检测97例鼻咽癌组织中REG1A基因表达,分析REG1A表达与鼻咽癌患者临床病理及预后的关系。结果 97例鼻咽癌患者中,REG1A基因表达阳性率为45.4%;T2、T3和T4期患者REG1A基因表达阳性率分别为21.1%、44.4%和57.1%,T2期与T4期,T2期与T3-T4期患者REG1A基因表达阳性率,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。REG1A基因表达与鼻咽癌患者年龄、性别和N分期无关(均P>0.05)。REG1A基因表达阴性和阳性的鼻咽癌患者总体5年生存率分别为38.3%和10.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);单因素和多因素分析显示,REG1A基因表达是鼻咽癌患者预后的独立预测因素(均P<0.01)。结论 REG1A基因表达阳性的鼻咽癌患者T分期升高,预后较差。Objective To explore the expression of REG1Ain nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）and its relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis.Methods The expression of REG1Awas detected by immunohistochemical method in NPC tissues in 97patients,and the relationship between the REG1Aexpression and clinicopathological factors or prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of REG1A was 45.4%in 97patients with NPC.It was 21.1%,44.4% and 57.1%in stage T2,T3and T4NPC,respectively.A significance difference in the positive expression rate of REG1Awas noted between stage T2and stage T4NPC or between stage T3and stage T4NPC（P〈0.05for all）.The expression of REG1Awas not significantly associated with gender,age and N stage（P〈0.05for all）.The overall 5-year survival rate was 38.3% and 10.1%in REG1A-negative and-positive patients respectively,with a significance difference found（P〈0.01）.The REG1Aexpression was an independent prognostic factor for NPC on univariate and multivariate analysis（P〈0.01for all）.Conclusion NPC patients with REG1Apositively expressed tend to have higher T stage and poor prognosis.
