内源性雌激素及其受体与非妊娠期牙龈瘤的关系

摘　　要：目的研究雌激素受体ERβ在牙龈瘤瘤体以及同体正常牙龈的表达,探讨其与牙龈瘤临床病理学特征和外周血雌激素(E2)水平的关系。方法实验组33例牙龈瘤瘤体及同体正常牙龈,行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色和ERβ免疫组化染色,酶联免疫吸附实验测定33例牙龈瘤组、24例健康对照组雌激素水平。结果牙龈瘤组E2水平(19.34±3.45)pg/mL略高于健康对照组(17.60±2.36)pg/mL,但两组间血清E2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。牙龈瘤瘤体与同体正常牙龈ERβ表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);牙龈瘤患者血清雌激素水平术后(18.96±2.89)pg/mL较术前(19.34±3.45)pg/mL略有降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);等级资料的相关分析发现牙龈瘤组织中ERβ的表达分级与外周血E2水平不呈线性相关(rs=0.380 4,P>0.05)。结论非妊娠期牙龈瘤组织存在着较高含量的ERβ,非妊娠期牙龈瘤的生长过程中可能存在一定程度的雌激素依赖性。外周血E2水平与ERβ表达无关。Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptorβ（ERβ）in epulis and normal gingival tissues in non-pregnant women,and the association of the ERβexpression with clinicopathological characteristics and the serum estradiol（E2）level.Methods The level of serum estradiol（E2）was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in 33 patients with epulis and 24subjects with normal gingival tissues.The ERβexpression was detected in 33epulis tissues normal gingival tissues by immunohistochemistry as well.Results The level of serum E2 was（19.34±3.45）pg/mL in patients with epulis,slightly higher than that in normal controls[（17.60±2.36）pg/mL],and there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Significant difference in the ERβexpressions was noted between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The level of serum E2was（18.96 ±2.89）pg/mL in patients with epulis after operation,lower than before operation[（19.34±3.45）pg/mL],but no significant difference was found（P〈0.05）.The level of serum E2had no positive correlation with the expression of ERβin patients with epulis（rs=0.380 4,P〉0.05）.Conclusion The ERβexpression was elevated in epulis tissues of non-pregnant women,suggesting the development of epulis in non-pregnant women is estrogen-dependent to some degree.Moreover,it was found that the serum E2level is not related to the ERβexpression in patients with epulis.
