摘　　要：强势文化影响、挤压、同化、替代弱势文化,这在过去是不可抑制的大趋势。在当今,可以结合贵州实际,通过努力,最广泛、最有效地抢救和保护贵州丰富多样的民族文化,最大程度地提升贵州民族文化品质,从而建成真正意义上的多彩贵州、特色贵州、可持续发展的贵州。保护民族文化应从抢救、保护民族语言入手,保护民族语言要从民族语言教育、课程调整、招生、就业、机构设置等方面进行改革。It was generally an uncontrollable trend that the strong culture influences,suppresses,assimilates and replaces weak cultures.Nowadays in Guizhou we can practically do our best to save and preserve rich ethnic cultures widely and effectively,to enhance the quality of ethnic cultures and build a colorful Guizhou,a particular Guizhou and a sustainable Guizhou.Preservation of ethnic cultures should begin with a salvation of ethnic languages,which needs a reform in ethnic language education,curriculum adjustment,recruit of students,employment and institution setting.
