高校教师心理健康水平及其发展性研究的述评

摘　　要：研究我国高校教师心理健康相关研究的基本现状,并对该领域的研究趋势作出如下判断:高校教师心理健康研究需要本土化的心理健康理念加以指导;高校教师心理健康研究的研究方法体系亟待提升;高校教师心理健康素质的年龄特征研究是将来研究的重点和热点。Results have been reached based on researching the basic situation of the studies on college and university teachers’ psychological health as follows： the guidance is eagerly required on the localizing healthy concepts psychologically among them and the research method system urgently needs to be improved in its research,in addition that potential key and hot issues should be the study on age character of college and university teachers’ quality of psychological health.
