C—erbB-2及突变型P53基因均为阴性乳腺癌Ki-67表达状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨C-erbB-2、突变型P53基因表达均为阴性乳腺浸润性癌Ki-67表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移状况、ER、PR、月经状态的关系。方法选取2002年1月至2011年12月行行根治术的乳腺浸润性癌病例，其中C—erbB-2、突变型P53基因均为阴性乳腺癌共61例，回顾性分析了Ki-67表达状况，以及Ki-67的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移状况、ER、PR、月经状态的关系。结果Ki．67阳性表达率为45．90％，Ki-67的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移状况、ER、PR无显著相关（P〉0．05），与月经状态相关（P〈0．05）。结论C．erbB．2、突变型P53基因表达均为阴性乳腺浸润性癌Ki-67可作为绝经前乳腺癌判断预后的指标。Objective TO discuss the relations between the gene expression of invasive breast cancer Ki-67 whose C-erbB-2, mutant P53 gene are negative and tumor size, lymphatic metastasis status, ER, PR, and Menstrual status. Methods Invasive breast cancer cases which accepted radical operations during 2002 Jan to 2011 Dec in our hospital were selected, among them there were 61 cases whose C-erbB-2, mutant P53 gene were negative, the Ki-67 expression status, and relations between Ki-67 expression and tumor size, lymphatic metastasis status, ER, PR, and Menstrual status were also retrospectively analyzed. Results The results showed that the Ki-67 positive expression was 45.90%, and the Ki-67 expression was less related to the tumor size, lymphatic metastasis status, ER and PR （ P〉0.05 ） while was much related to Menstrual status （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The Ki-67 can be used as the prognostic index for premenopausebreast cancer for those whose C-erbB-2, mutant P53 gene are negative.
