摘　　要：高等体育院校学生党建工作出现了一些新的问题:入党动机功利化凸显,党支部设置和党员干部教育不到位,学生支部活动内容单调乏味,重视学生党员"入口"教育而忽视再教育。提升高等体育院校学生党建工作成效的关键在于:创新学生党建工作模式,优化学生党支部的设置,加强思想政治教育与严格入党考察,构建全方位党建教育系统工程。In addition to the increasingly prominent phenomenon that the students apply for Party membership mainly for utili- tarian purpose, problems to be solved in the Party construction work among students of higher physical education institutions are as follows ： the improper setting up of Party branches, insufficient education for Party members and cadres, the monotony of the activi- ties in student Party branches, and neglecting the further education for the student Party members. For mere efficient Party con- struction, it is necessary to innovate the work pattern of student Party construction, optimize the setting up of the student party branches, strengthen ideological and political education, strictly assess the students applying for Party membership and construct all-dimensional Party construction education system.
