摘 要:从青海省海晏县采集10只牧羊犬粪样用于贾第鞭毛虫检测。所有样品经饱和盐水浓缩法和蔗糖密度梯度离心等方法处理后采用光学显微镜、免疫荧光试验(IF)和套式PCR方法进行检测。结果显示,其中1个样品为阳性(10%),PCR扩增片段长度为274bp,命名为QHGC201101株。测序结果与肠贾第鞭毛虫3VR株(HQ616609)核糖体小亚基RNA的同源性为100%,表明分离的虫种为肠贾第鞭毛虫,属于人兽共患型病原。10 dog feces were collected from Haiyan county of Qingh Samples were examined by microscope, IFT and PCR methods aft ai province for the detection of Giardia. er saturated salt solution floatation and discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation. The results showed that one sample was positive with Giardia and the positive rate was 10~. A fragment of 274 bp was amplified specifically. As demon strated by 18 S rRNA gene analysis, the homology of QHGC201101 strain with HQ616609 was 100%. The isolated species was Giardia intestinalis, and it is a zoonosis pathogen.
