摘  要:通过研究不同家系赤皮青冈苗期光合特性,为家系选择与遗传资源保护提供理论依据。以7个家系赤皮青冈1年生幼苗为试验材料,研究家系间光合特性差异。研究结果表明:赤皮青冈幼苗净光合速率、叶绿素含量、气孔导度与蒸腾速率在家系间差异显著,气孔导度、蒸腾速率与净光合速率呈显著相关,净光合速率与胞间CO2浓度呈显著负相关;赤皮青冈苗木光合特性家系间存在显著的遗传变异,气孔导度可能是导致其差异的重要因素;在所选家系中,6号为最优家系。Research photosynthetic characteristic variation of different families of Cyclobalanopsis gilva, providing theoretical basis for family selection and heredity resources conservation. Test materials were 1 year ’ s Cyclobalanopsis gilva, seedling about 7 families. Study the differences about photosynthetic characteristic of families. The results indicated: Among the families seedling, the Pn, Chl, Gs and Tr had significant differences. Gs, Tr were significant correlation with Pn. Pn was significant negative correlation with Ci. The photosynthetic characteristic among families existed significant hereditary variation. Gs maybe the key factor. In the selecting families, the 6 th was the best.
