摘  要:为了分析、比较鸭盲肠杯叶吸虫新种与东方杯叶吸虫、普鲁士杯叶吸虫和角杯尾吸虫之间的遗传学差异。通过提取吸虫的基因组DNA,应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分析盲肠杯叶吸虫新种与东方杯叶吸虫、普鲁士杯叶吸虫和角杯尾吸虫之间的多态性和遗传距离。RAPD结果显示:盲肠杯叶吸虫新种与东方杯叶吸虫、普鲁士杯叶吸虫和角杯尾吸虫之间的遗传距离分别为0.4411、0.4274、0.5700,遗传差异明显。从遗传学角度表明盲肠杯叶吸虫新种是一种不同于东方杯叶吸虫、普鲁士杯叶吸虫和角杯尾吸虫的一种新的寄生虫。Genetic difference between Cyathocotyle caecumalis sp. nov and Cyathocotyle orientalis Faust., Cyahaocotyle prussica Muhling., Cyataocotyle cornutus Rudolphi. were analyzed in this study. Genic DNA of the 4 flukes was extracted, and the polymorphism and genetic distance between Cyathocotyle caecumalis sp. nov, and Cyathocotyle orientalis Faust., Cyahaocotyle prussica Muhling. and Cyataocotyle cornutus Rudolphi. were analyzed by RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA). RAPD showed: the genetic distance between Cyathocotyle caecumalis sp. nov and other flukes was respectively 0.4411, 0.4274, 0.5700. Obviously, the genetic differences between Cyathocotyle caecumalis sp. nov and other flukes were high. Based on genetics, this research discovered that Cyathocotyle caecumalis sp. nov which was a new parasite was different to Cyathocotyle orientalis Faust., Cyahaocotyle prussica Muhling. and Cyataocotyle cornutus Rudolphi..
