摘  要:通过设计3个温度(18℃、22℃、26℃)×3个盐度(17、25、34)×3个锶元素组(1x、2x、3x)来研究环境因子对大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)耳石中锶元素沉积的影响。结果表明:不同温度条件下,耳石中Sr/Ca值与海水中的Sr/Ca值均呈线性关系;温度和盐度对耳石锶分配系数均具有显著的促进作用;锶元素浓度对耳石锶分配系数具有显著的抑制作用;影响耳石Sr/Ca值的环境因子中,海水Sr/Ca值的影响最大,温度的影响其次,盐度的影响最小;温度、盐度和锶元素浓度差异较大时,对耳石锶分配系数都具有显著的交互作用;在没有添加锶元素的实验组(低锶组)中,温度(18℃和26℃)和盐度(17和34)对耳石锶分配系数具有显著的交互作用;水温较高(26℃)时,锶元素浓度和盐度对耳石锶分配系数具有显著的交互作用。Using controlled laboratory experiments, juvenile Larimichthys crocea were reared in aquaria of varying temperatures, salinities and strontium concentrations by a three-factor experimental designs: temperature (18 ~C, 22 ~C, 26 ~C ) x salinity (17, 25, 34) x strontium leves (low, medium, and high). Results showed that Sr/Ca in otoliths were linearly related to Sr/Ca concentration in sea water in different temperature treatments. Both temperature and salinity had positive effects on Sr/Ca and partition coefficients of Sr/Ca (Dsr) in otoliths. The factors affecting the Sr/Ca in otoliths ranged: the Sr/Ca concentration in the sea water 〉 temperature 〉 salinity. When the difference of water temperature, salinity and strontium content was obvious, the three factors interacted to influence partition coefficients of Sr/Ca. A significant interactive effect between temperature and salinity on Sr/Ca was detected when comparing higher temperature (26 ~C ) with lower temperature (18 ~C ), higher (34) salinity with lower salinity(17) in low strontium treatments. In the higher temperature treatment (26 ~C ), a significant interactive effect of strontium concentration in sea water and salinity on Dsr in otoliths was detected when comparing high strontium concentration with low strontium concentration, higher salinity(34) with lower salinity (17).
