摘 要:影响渔具选择性的因素包含可控因素和不可控因素,因此混合影响模型成为了渔具选择性研究中分析网次间差异的常用模型,但目前对于这一模型的具体实现方法的讨论较少。本文从混合影响模型在拖网渔具选择性分析中的模型原理出发,通过Excel的VBA编程功能,实现了模型分析的自动化,并实现模型拟合和模型简化及优劣性判断。使用实例分析和对比后发现基于Excel VBA的这一实现方法不仅可快速、简便地进行混合影响的定性和定量分析及简化和比较,而且还有助于了解模型实现的具体方法,进而根据实际需要对模型进行修改和补充,可为今后开展渔具选择性研究提供参考。The conditions affecting the selectivity of fishing gears consist of controllable and uncontrollable factors. Mixed effect model, which is seldom discussed on its implementation, has been commonly used to analyze the between-haul variation in selectivity analysis of trawl. In this paper, an automated implementation program of the mixed effect model was developed and coded by VBA program language of Excel software based on the model principle interpretation in analysis of trawl selectivity. In the program, fitting and simplification of the mixed effect model and performance analysis could be accomplished simultaneously. The program was tested and implementation of model was compared and analyzed in an actual case. The results showed that the method not only provided qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mixed effects quickly and conveniently, and finished model simplification and comparation, but also contributed to explaination of the detailed setps of the model implementation, which was critical to modification and expandation of the model according to the actual situation. The program would provide useful reference for the future study on rising gear selectivity.
