摘  要:介绍了一台1 036MW机组发电机密封油系统的构成及功能,对安装和试运阶段出现的密封油系统真空度低等问题进行了分析,并对真空泵采取了修复措施,有效地防止了发电机内氢气被密封油携带的水、气污染,对设备的安装及试运提出合理的建议。An introduction is being presented to the structure and function of the generator sealing oil system in a 2 086 MW unit, together with an analysis performed to the problems occurring during installation and commissioning stages, such as low vacuum degree of the sealing oil system, etc. Corresponding countermeasures are taken to the vacuum pump, which have effectively prevented the hydrogen in generator from being polluted by air and water carried by sealing oil, simultaneously, rational suggestions are proposed for the installation and maintenance of relevant equipment.
