摘 要:本文在回顾几类典型高强度低合金钢强韧化途径的基础上 ,设计了一种新的复相组织———仿晶界型铁素体 /粒状贝氏体(GBA/Bg) ,并测试了此类复相钢的连续冷却转变规律与轧态力学性能。研究表明 ,试验钢可在较宽的冷速范围内得到这类GBA/Bg复相组织 ,且强韧性配合良好。在未利用贵金属元素、炉外精炼、控轧控冷及热处理的条件下 ,工业试生产得到的1 2mm中厚钢板的力学性能为σb=850MPa,σ0 2 =540MPa ,δ5=1 8% ,AKV(- 4 0℃ ) =34J。作为 80 0~ 1 0 0 0MPa级的高强度结构钢 ,这类钢具有良好的工业应用前景。On the review of the strengthening and toughening approaches of several typical high strength low alloy steels,a new duplex microstructure—grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite/granular bainite (GBA/Bg) in steels was proposed,and its continuous cooling transformation and as-rolled mechanical properties were studied in this paper.Such a new duplex microstructure was found to be easily obtained in a wide range of cooling rate and exhibited a good combination of strength and toughness.The mechanical properties of this duplex steel plate (12mm thickness) were about 850 MPa ultimate tensile strength,540 MPa yield strength,18% elongation and 34J Charpy impact energy at -40℃ without expensive alloy elements,ladle refining,controlled rolling,accelerated cooling and heat treatment,which indicated its potential industry application as an 800~1000 MPa class structural steel.
