摘  要:加强护生的职业人格培养是现代护理教育、护理事业发展的客观需要。职业人格培养的内容和途径十分丰富。基础医学教育中可通过"激发学习兴趣,培养稳定的职业操守;结合人文教育,培养正确的职业观念;加强实践教学,培养过硬的职业技能"来培养护生的职业人格,以提高护理人才的培养质量。Strengthening the occupational personality cultivation of nursing students meets the practical needs of modern nursing education and the development of nursing career. The cultivation contents and methods are plentiful. In preclinical medical education, we can cultivate the studentsJoccupational personality by arousing the study interests to stabilize the occupational interests; by combining with humanistic education to set up correct occupational value; by promoting the practical teaching to cultivate the students' occupational skills, then the cultivation quality of nursing talents can be promoted.
