摘  要:目的探讨床头交接班中存在的医学伦理问题及应对策略。方法通过采用自行设计的调查问卷对200名初次接受床头交接班的患者,从人文关怀、被尊重及保护隐私等方面进行调查,并针对存在的问题采取对应措施。结果绝大部分患者反映护士缺少对患者的人文关怀;缺乏对患者的尊重;缺少隐私保护。通过采取相应对策后取得了较明显的效果。结论针对存在问题采取一系列对策后能较好地体现人文关怀、尊重人及保护隐私的伦理原则,促进医患关系和谐。Objective :To investigate the medical ethical issues and countermeasures for the bedside shifting of duty. Methods: A self - designed questionnaire was used in 200 patients firstly involved in bedside shifting of duty. The humanistic care, being respected and protection of privacy were investigated, and the countermeasures were taken. Results:The vast majority of patients reflected nurses lacking of humanistic care; lacking of respect patients; lacking of privacy protection. After taking some countermeasures, obvious effect was achieved. Conclusions:After a series of countermeasures for the problems, it could well embody the ethical principles such as humanistic care, respect and privacy protection, and promote the harmonious doctorpatient relationship.
