摘 要:从核心企业的角度探讨食品供应链社会责任管理问题。从层次模型概述了食品企业社会责任的内涵和食品供应链社会责任的特征,分析了核心企业在供应链管理中的中心地位。无论是从社会责任缺失原因,还是核心企业与供应商的关系,以及食品供应链的风险传导方面来看,核心企业与链上成员企业共同履行社会责任是提高整个链条企业社会责任水平的关键。从企业文化和信息共享的角度构建了以核心企业为中心的食品供应链企业社会责任约束传递机制,分析了核心企业在整个约束传递机制中的角色和行为。核心企业可以通过培养供应商积极履行社会责任的意识,减轻供应商履行社会责任的成本压力,强化对供应商的企业社会责任监督等措施使供应商参与到供应链社会责任管理中来,促进食品供应链的可持续发展。This article explored the Corporate Social Responsibility of the food supply chain management m terms of core business enterprise. It outlined the content of Corporate Social Responsibility in food industry from the layer model and the characteristics of Corporate Social Responsibility in the food supply chain, analyzed the key role of core business enterprise in food supply chain management. It was the key to improve the management of Corporate Social Responsibility in the whole chain that the core business enterprise and the other members of the chain to implement social responsibility together. It set up the constraint and delivering mechanism from the point of the corporate culture and the information sharing, and illustrated the role and conducts of core business enterprise. To promote the sustainable development of food supply chain, the core business enterprise should develop suppliers' active consciousness of social responsibility actively, ease their cost pressure and enhance the supervise to suppliers' social responsibility implement etc.
