河北农业大学农商中心创建及其作用分析

摘　　要：农商中心作为大型公共性节点,交通区位优势显著,集聚能力强,功能齐全,既是企业实现经营活动的场所,也是设施集约化、运作共同化、信息互享化的集结地。他不仅能优化自身的发展,扩大辐射范围,提高效率和服务质量,而且还具备推动产业的特点,降低生产制造业和商贸流通业成本,提高效能、加强流通、平抑物价,在国民经济中占据重要地位。在政府的重视、合理开发下,农商中心完全能成为区域经济的"经济增长点"。以河北农业大学农商中心为例进行实证研究,着重研究了其形成、现状,对目前解决大学生实习、创业和实现科技成果转化有着重要的推动作用,并对当地农业区域经济发展有着重要的带动作用。Farm Produce Business Center （FPBC） as a large, public node, with traffic location advantage, gathering capability, and complete functions, is an important place for the enter prise business activities with highly intensive facilities, cooperative running mode, and infor mation sharing. It can not only optimize its own development, expand its radiation scope, in crease its efficiency and improve its service quality, but also promote the industry characteris tics development, reduce the cost of manufacturer and farm produce trade circulation industries to improve their efficiency, and strengthen the circulation to stabilize prices, which occupies the important position in national economy. In the attention of the government, with the rea sonable development, FPBC can become the growth pole of regional economy. This paper makes an empirical research focusing on the formation and present situation of FPBC of Agri cultural University of Hebei, which is of great significance to promote the coping with the teaching practice and entrepreneurship of college students, and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Consequently, the FPBC of Agricultural University of Hebei has an important role in the development of local agricultural regional economy.
