摘　　要：在创业教育创学结合模式的探索过程中,义乌工商职业技术学院创造了学分替代制度。在创学结合视阈下对学分替代进行分析,有助于全面理解学分替代。In the process of exploring the model of integrating learning and entrepreneurship,Yiwu Industrial Commercial College has created credit alternative system.Analyzing credit alternative in the perspective of integrating learning and entrepreneurship model has benefits for the understanding of credit alternative system.
